No Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with taste, or if you simply decide you no longer want the product after it has been shipped.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at neuroedgelab@gmail.com with the following details:

A photo or video of the issue

A short description of what happened
We’ll review your case and, if approved, send out a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost in transit or has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at neuroedgelab@gmail.com
Our support team will investigate and redeliver your order as soon as possible after verifying the shipment status with the courier.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Return Eligibility (If Applicable)
In rare approved cases (such as damaged goods or fulfillment errors), items must be:

Refunds (If Approved)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank or credit card provider first.
If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please email neuroedgelab@gmail.com, and our team will assist you promptly.
